At Grk Perfume™, we strive to provide the best products and service. However, in the event of unavoidable circumstances, you may need to cancel your order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be considered with a valid reason, and refunds will be subject to certain conditions.
Cancellation will only be accepted within a specified period.
Cancellation Process:
- If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you can reach out to our customer support team via email at support@grkperfume.com or contact us through WhatsApp or call at +91-7385869798. In this case, we will cancel the order, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is processed.
- Please note: We cannot cancel orders after the products have been shipped.
- Important Note: If an order is cancelled after dispatch, we will deduct both the delivery charges (for both ways) from the refund amount. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or if the product is out of stock.
Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
For cancellation before shipment:
Refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
For cancellation after shipment or if the order is being returned:
Refund will be processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
- For Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same account or payment method (e.g., GPay) within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned products.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be initiated via bank transfer to the account details you provide us via email. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the products and your bank details. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a faulty or defective product (damaged, leaked, or otherwise unusable).
- The product delivered does not match the ordered quantity.
- You received an incorrect product or a different product than what was displayed on the website.
Important Note: For damaged or stolen products, we require an unboxing video of the shipment for your query to be processed by our customer care team. Without this, no complaints will be entertained.
Conditions for Returning Products
- Products must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any bills, tags, labels, etc.
- Products should not be misused or overused.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging, including price tags, labels, and freebies.
- Replacement of a product will only be offered subject to availability at the time of return.
- As per government guidelines, we do not offer pick-up services for returns and exchanges. You will need to send the product back using a trackable shipping service.
How to Return an Item
Grk Perfume™ accepts returns for select products within 3 days of delivery. After this period, return requests will not be accepted. However, in certain cases, we may still allow a return. To return an item, you must ship it to us at the following address:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected by our customer support team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund (approval or rejection).
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account or GPay number within 3 business days.
Do I Have to Return the Free Gift When I Return a Product?
Yes, if you received a free gift as part of your order, it must be returned along with the originally delivered product.
